MELYDOR respects the information involved when you browse melydor.com, create an account, place an order, use privacy controls, or contact support. This policy explains the categories of information, the purposes for using it, and choices that may be available to you.

Swatch 01 / Information you provide

  • Identity and contact data: name, email, telephone number, billing details, and delivery details.
  • Shopping and transaction data: viewed products, cart activity, orders, discounts, payment status, returns, and support history.
  • Account and communication data: credentials, preferences, marketing choices, messages, and any review or content you submit.
  • Device and activity data: IP address, browser, device identifiers, cookies, referring pages, and storefront interactions.

We use appropriate information to operate and secure the storefront; authenticate accounts; process payment; confirm, fulfill, and deliver orders; provide support; manage returns; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot services; keep accounting and legal records; analyze performance; improve shopping journeys; and communicate marketing where consent or another valid legal basis permits.

Information may be disclosed to Shopify and to providers supporting payments, fraud screening, hosting, analytics, advertising, communications, customer service, fulfillment, delivery, and cloud storage. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, a successor in a business transaction, or authorities when legally required. Each recipient handles data according to its own role and applicable obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies support cart and checkout functions, security, remembered preferences, measurement, and—where enabled—relevant advertising. Depending on location, use the store consent banner, privacy-choice or data-sharing opt-out page, browser settings, Global Privacy Control where recognized, or email unsubscribe links. Blocking essential cookies can prevent parts of checkout from working.

We retain information for the period reasonably needed to complete orders, support customers, keep legal and accounting records, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Shopify and other providers may process information outside your country using safeguards required for their roles. We use reasonable administrative and technical protections, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal a response. We may request information needed to verify identity and protect the account. An authorized agent may need to demonstrate authority. Valid privacy requests will not receive discriminatory treatment.

The store is not directed to children who cannot independently consent to online data processing under local law, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. Email support@melydor.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. If local law provides the right, you may also contact the relevant privacy or data-protection authority.
