Shipping policy

Dispatch board updated: September 9, 2026

This Shipping Policy follows a MELYDOR order from preparation through final delivery.

Queue / Order preparation

Orders are normally checked and prepared within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Payment review, stock confirmation, a delivery-address question, or high-volume periods may add time. Processing time occurs before carrier transit.

Route / Delivery estimates

Available services, charges, and destination-specific estimates appear at checkout. After dispatch, standard transit commonly takes 5–14 business days. Carrier capacity, severe weather, remote-area routing, customs, and seasonal volume can extend that range. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed appointments.

Signal / Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it after dispatch. Allow up to 72 hours for the carrier’s first scan. Products from one order may travel in separate parcels when fulfillment requires it, and each parcel may receive its own tracking message.

Correction / Address changes

Before payment, review the unit, street, city, region, postal code, country, and telephone number. Email support@melydor.com immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help before fulfillment starts, but rerouting cannot be promised after processing. Where permitted, extra carrier charges caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address may be the recipient’s responsibility.

Border / Duties and import rules

Unless checkout expressly confirms otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage, and import requirements. Customs decisions and inspections are outside our control and can delay delivery.

Exception / A parcel needs attention

If tracking shows delivered, check safe locations, reception, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices. Report an incomplete, damaged, or apparently lost parcel to support@melydor.com within 6 days of delivery or the final carrier estimate. Include the order number, shipping label, packaging photographs, and product photographs where relevant. Retain all packaging while the carrier history is reviewed.
