Welcome to MELYDOR. These Terms of Service govern visits to melydor.com, account use, customer-support requests, and orders placed through the store. By using the storefront, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented at checkout.
01 / Access to the lab
You must have legal capacity to purchase where you live. Supply accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery details, protect your account credentials, and notify us if you believe an account has been used without permission. We may limit access when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, or compliance.
02 / The product spectrum
MELYDOR offers beauty accessories and personal-care tools for hair, nails, lashes, styling, organization, and everyday routines. We aim to present dimensions, materials, color options, quantities, images, and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches, fiber placement, and handmade details can affect appearance. Read the current packaging and instructions, patch test when appropriate, keep tools clean and dry, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Store content is general product information, not medical or professional advice.
03 / Orders, prices, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or begin fulfillment. The checkout shows item prices, discounts, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and the total before payment. We may correct an obvious error, limit quantities, or cancel an order affected by unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, security concerns, or unauthorized resale. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount is returned through the original payment method.
04 / Shipping and returns
The Shipping Policy explains preparation, estimated transit, tracking, address issues, and cross-border delivery. The Return Policy explains the request window, hygiene-related exclusions, damaged or incorrect items, return postage, and refund timing. Those policies form part of these Terms. Nothing here removes a consumer right that applicable law does not allow a merchant to exclude.
05 / Acceptable use and creative rights
- Use the storefront only for lawful personal shopping and communication.
- Do not submit false orders, misuse promotions, introduce malicious code, scrape protected material, bypass security, or disrupt store operation.
- Do not copy or commercially reuse MELYDOR photography, generated imagery, copy, graphics, layout, or branding without permission or a lawful basis.
06 / Platforms and outside services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use independent payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, advertising, communication, fulfillment, and delivery services. Those providers can have separate terms and privacy notices. A link to an outside site does not make us responsible for its content, availability, or practices.
07 / Availability and responsibility
We may maintain, modify, or suspend store features for operational or security reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the storefront is provided on an available basis without a promise of uninterrupted access. We do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a purchase-related limit is permitted, our aggregate responsibility will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
08 / Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when operations, technology, or legal requirements change. The version in effect when an order is submitted normally applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
